Your Story: I actually just read the article about your store in the Express-News, and all I can say is 'Thank God'! I have been debating moving downtown for years, but one thing was keeping me from doing so; a grocery store. I'm glad to see that finally someone gets it! So, I guess when I do call downtown San Antonio home soon, I'll have the Hippo to thank! Gracias!!!

Thank God for you, our future customer. If you haven't found a place to live downtown check out La Cascada, right next to Hippo's. Those lucky dogs get to charge at Hippo's and the room service is free. Hippo has been all over the country looking at stores and there is nothing like Hippo's. Get downtown as fast as you can and you will find instant comfort, food, drink and friendship at Hippo's. We get it.
