Sounds like ya'll will be like Trader Joe's--just what SAT downtown needs! I have always loved the Riverwalk and area. Will definately check you out when you open.

You bet were on the look out for the phenom of Two Buck Chuck or, as it is really known, Charles Shaw. Maybe we can get Fred Franzia to bottle a special Happy Hippo's Vintage??? Hippon On my friends!!!

Roger that Hippo 1, I met with a wine supplier out of California and it looks like will have our own nectar of the Gods. WE are going to call it the "Little Dough Hippo" probably cost about $7-$8 a bottle.
