Parmesan Cheese
Took a survey at work here at the Courthouse and ther seems to be a consensus that there is no authentic Italian cheeses, esp. Parmesan, in the area.

Irish Sausage (Banger's)
5 times in Ireland, staying in Bed and Breakfasts, can still smell the sausages cooking every morning. Have seen them sometimes at the HEB Central Market but not on a regular basis. They are delicious and different than any we eat in the States. Brands I remember are Galtee and Donnelly's. They are eaten at breakfast in Ireland but I'd eat them all the time. My Mom and Dad are from Ireland, and to be able to cook them for them when they come to visit would be great.

Jones Soda
My picture is floating on bottles of Jones Soda, it's great picture of me when I was little holding this empty 3 litter bottle of soda to my mouth, I have only found my picture once, it was on a Jones black cherry soda. But this keeps me looking at every Jones display I can find. And this has made me into a soda fiend, tasting and collecting unique soda bottles from around the globe

What about the "street people"
I can't wait, I have been living and working in downtown for the past 2 years, choosing to limit the amount of times I use my car to twice a month. Trying to find groceries downtown without having to fire up the gas guzzler is a hassle to say the least, but I wonder with the high amount of "street people" in the downtown area how do you plan on deterring any loss of profit.
